Experience an interactive evening of pasta making and exquisite cuisine with our Executive Chef Vinny Pelino. We're excited to provide two levels of pasta instruction tailored to your needs: one for beginners and another for those with previous class attendance or pasta-making experience. These classes are taught alongside one another so please make a note in your reservation so we may plan accordingly.​

You are cordially invited to join us on Saturday, June 14th for a four-course gourmet dinner with wine pairing from one of the oldest and most-esteemed wineries of Piemonte: Tenuta Carretta. Founded in 1467, Tenuta Carretta is located in the south of Piemonte, in Piobesi d'Alba, in Roero. It is a winery with a rich history, one of the most historic Italian wineries where past, present, and future are integrated in the best way.

While we hold pasta classes almost every month of the year we also offer private classes for those looking for a more private setting. Our pasta classes are perfect for a fun night with a group of friends, an interactive experience for the whole family, or as a team building business event. We can comfortably seat groups ranging from 12 to over 30 guests. ​

Looking for the perfect venue for your Rehearsal Dinner, Bridal Shower, or Company event? We have hosted all of these and more! We are excited to offer our event space for private parties of 12 or greater to experience an intimate setting paired with the same service and fine dining you would expect at our restaurant.    ​​
